Can I count on your help with project settlement?
Yes, definitely. Our role doesn't end with submitting the application. We guide the client through the entire grant settlement process, monitor invoices, and prepare reports so that everything is correct in the documentation.
How long does it take to prepare an application?
It depends on the program and the type of investment. We usually need from a few to a dozen or so days to reliably prepare the complete set of documents and the business plan. It's best to call us as early as possible so that nothing takes us by surprise.
What if my investment is small?
We help with both smaller equipment purchases and larger investments in processing plants. Every farm in the Podlaskie region is important to us. We will check whether a given intake fits your needs.
What are the chances of receiving a grant?
Everything depends on your results and meeting the requirements of a given program. That's why we do a free analysis to start. If we see that the chances are low, we say so openly – we don't waste your time or money.
Do I have to come to your office in Bialystok?
We will handle most matters remotely or by phone. We understand that there is always a lot of work on the farm, so we respect your time. Of course, you are welcome to visit us at 4 Lipowa St. if you prefer to discuss everything in person.
Do you only help farmers?
We support farmers and small to medium-sized companies in the agri-food processing industry. Our knowledge of EU regulations allows us to help anyone developing a business based on agricultural produce.
