1. Acceptance of terms

By using the services of Akcent Podlaski based in Bialystok, you accept the conditions contained in these terms. If you do not agree with any provision, please contact us to clarify doubts before starting cooperation. The terms and conditions form the legal basis for our activities in obtaining grants for agriculture and processing.

2. Description of our services

Akcent Podlaski provides professional consulting in obtaining funds from the European Union. Our work covers the full cycle: from analyzing grant chances, through preparing a business plan and application, to assistance with the final project settlement. We do not guarantee the granting of a grant, as the final decision depends on the bodies distributing the funds, however, we make every effort to ensure that every application is complete and prepared in accordance with current regulations.

3. Client obligations

As our client, you undertake to provide us with reliable, true, and up-to-date information regarding your farm or company. You are responsible for providing the complete set of documents necessary to correctly fill out the application. If the data is untrue or incomplete, we are not responsible for the office's negative decision regarding your application.

4. Intellectual property

All content, application templates, analyses, and business studies created by the Akcent Podlaski team remain our intellectual property until the fees for our services are fully settled. Copying and sharing these materials with third parties without our written consent is prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability

Akcent Podlaski is not responsible for changes in EU or national regulations that occur after the submission of the application and which affect its assessment. Our role is limited to preparing documentation according to currently applicable standards. We are not responsible for lost benefits resulting from the non-granting of a grant by the office.

6. Settlement and payments

Details regarding compensation for our services are set individually before starting work. Invoices are issued according to the progress of work or after the completion of individual stages of the project. Lack of payment on time gives us the right to suspend work on your application.

7. Termination of the agreement

Both parties may terminate the cooperation with a 14-day notice period. In such a case, the client is obliged to settle fees for all stages of work that have already been performed until the moment of termination of the agreement.

8. Governing law

In matters not regulated by these terms, the provisions of Polish law apply. Any disputes arising from the cooperation will be settled by the court competent for the registered office of Akcent Podlaski in Bialystok.
